Filter Products
 

Product Categories info Product Categories Show all values that appear in "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected categories. These are the main categories and their subcategories (visible by expanding the + and - buttons).

Product Color info Product Color Show products that have "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected colors. If multiple colors are selected, products with at least one color will be shown, not necessarily all of them together.

Tag - Keywords info Tag - Keywords Show all values that have "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected items. Search for a keyword in product tags

Customizable info Customizable Show all values that have "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected items. Filter products by the available type of customization.

Amulets and Lucky Charms info Amulets and Lucky Charms Show all values that have "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected items. Filter products by their amulet qualities and luck symbols. Not all products have this attribute. It is specific to products in the amulets category.

Container Capacity info Container Capacity Show all values that have "AT LEAST ONE" of the selected items. Filter by container capacity in liters. Suitable for filtering mugs, bowls, teapots. Not all products have this attribute.

This filter doesn’t activate automatically; you need to tap the FILTER button and wait for the entire page to reload. This will allow you to perform complex searches with complete peace of mind!
USE
SECTIONS: Open sections by tapping their title
Closed sections like “Style & Themes,” “Dimensions,” and so on, can be opened by tapping their title. By default, they remain closed.
Select the multiple drop-down menu tool to see all the words
Some filters, like “Stories and Topic,” use a multi-selection drop-down menu to activate words. Tapping the rectangle displays the full list, clicking a word selects it, and typing quickly searches for the word you’re interested in. To delete words, the drop-down menu must be visible, otherwise they won’t be selected.
SAVE SEARCHES
You can save searches in a list if you are a registered user; you will see a dedicated section at the bottom (only after logging in).
SEARCH NOTIFICATION
As a registered user, you can also be notified of new products matching a specific search. You’ll be notified via email (via the website).

PROBLEMS

Filters remain inactive (white patina that cannot be clicked)
After a maximum of 30 seconds, the filters should activate and be usable. If they don’t activate and the white film remains, we recommend reloading the entire page using your browser, trying clearing your cache, and then switching browsers.
I click on the filter button but it doesn’t load:

 

The page may take a long time to load with the new filters. Check if your browser is loading (if so, it’s just slow).

 

The filter does not give results
Not all products are registered with certain attributes and not all products have the possible combinations in the filters.
If you see results with no products, we recommend removing some filters from the selection or changing the filter type.
