Product Shipping Area

ITALY and Europe

The site ships throughout ITALY and much of EUROPE.

If the country you want isn’t listed when selecting a country, either when filling out your address or creating a user account, ask customer support if they can ship to that country. (Sometimes it’s just a matter of not having all the countries listed correctly.)

Shipping costs within Europe may differ from those in Italy, so please check carefully whether your country offers automatic shipping with a dedicated drop-down menu, or contact customer service directly.

Order processing times

1-5 working days (average 2 days)

Processing times are additional to shipping times and should be considered when calculating actual delivery.

Solitamente i tempi medi di elaborazione sono di circa 2 giorni lavorativi, quindi richieste in prossimità del week end potrebbero slittare.

In case of urgency in receiving the product, the customer is invited to specify the urgency in the notes and to check very carefully the shipping address which cannot be changed after shipment. We will try to speed up this timing, at least in the store management part.

Courier Delivery Times

Delivery times can be very different from product to product.

WAREHOUSE ITALY = 1/5 working days
EU WAREHOUSE = 7/10 working days
FOREIGN WAREHOUSE = 10/26 working days
SHIPMENTS special items = 1/2 months

Each product shows through a GREEN rectangle the shipments available for that product. In the case of a general shipment, you can also view the details associated with the shipment in question in the Additional Information (or Details) TAB.

In case of urgency in receiving the product, the customer is invited to ask customer service before purchasing, if there is faster shipping for the product (sometimes other wholesalers or the same change the shipping times).

Working Days and Holidays

Management on working days

The management of Orders and assistance on them is managed in Business Days. Therefore, Pre-holidays and Holidays are not counted in the timing.

For shipments, on the other hand, transit also travel on weekends, but at the same time some phases are carried out only on working days; such as customs and product management arrived at the new national courier.

Deliveries in Italy are always on working days (they will not be made on weekends)

Change of Address (limited)

We allow the change of address until the warehouse starts handling the product for shipment. This limit is imposed by management problems in requesting a new address from the warehouse.

The processing of the product by the warehouse is not reported in a timely manner! Therefore, the change in Order Status from processed to shipped can be reported on the store several hours after the actual handling and shipment. It is also important to keep in mind that foreign warehouses have a different time zone from Italy and also process shipments on Sunday evening.

CHANGE ADDRESS before shipping

Changing the address in your user profile will not change it in the order form (but it is still advisable to correct wrong addresses a priori); therefore you need to contact customer support. A WhatsApp message and an Email are the fastest means, remember to enter your order number and email or name.

Requests for change of address will also be processed on weekends if there is staff who can operate.

WRONG ADDRESS after shipping

The store will do everything possible to solve the problem of an incorrect address after shipping. He will ask the wholesaler to change the address if this allows it, he will try to request changes from the Italian courier when the product arrives in Italy.
But, no guarantees are given in this regard.

Shipments for products stored in Italy are made with various couriers, usually the main ones: GSL, BARTOLINI, SDA, etc

Shipments of products stored abroad are usually made by international courier and then with Poste Italiane.

Usually the products are from various types of wholesalers, so they are all separate products. As can also be seen from the shipping costs.

In this context, however, they can also arrive with a single package if they are agglomerated either from the foreign warehouse or from the same courier in Italy.

The site provides free shipping for quantity of products and total cost of the order. More details will appear on the cart (to reach free shipping).

NO. Customs is not a problem and does not contact/ask the customer for money and information.

The store takes care of all the management of the Customs. Any request for money from customs must be considered a possible fraud.

The product will go through customs, because it is a mandatory process for shipments from abroad, but as it enters, it will be safely cleared through customs after a few days.

In the rare case that the ordered product is subject to additional customs controls (e.g. katanas which are reproductions, but may not be accepted if not checked), and customs contacts you via phone (taken from the courier phone), you must give the store contacts (email and whatapp chat) and leave the management to the Store. Feel free to inform the person contacting you from customs that the store is in charge of it and that they probably have the information they probably need.
