Where can I find delivery costs and times?

You can find everything in the product sheet, in the GREEN BOX with the shipping icon.

You will find: Timings, price, and any additional price for quantity.

Below, if the courier offers the information, are the “statistical” delivery days for the period. They are likely but not guaranteed.

So, for a 10-26 day shipment, where 7-16 days is actually indicated, it’s likely that the package will arrive in 7 days. This value varies from period to period and is based on the courier’s statistics. It’s quite realistic, but as always, it’s not guaranteed.

If I buy more products, does the shipping cost increase?

The same product plus pieces:

For the same product, if you purchase multiple items, you can see in the Shipping box and in the cart how much the shipping charge increases based on quantity (you’ll see a formula next to the days, such as €0.20 * [qty]). If the formula isn’t present, the price doesn’t increase based on quantity.

More different products:

Each product has its own shipping cost, so you’ll pay for each item.
However, there are great shipping deals available if you purchase multiple products of a certain type. Find the applicable discounts in the Discounts tab on this page.

Change of address

Once the shipment has been processed by the warehouse/shipping department, the address can no longer be changed. Furthermore, the order status update (from processed to shipped) may be manual and may be delayed by a few hours from the actual time the product was shipped. It’s also important to keep in mind that overseas warehouses are in a different time zone than Italy and process shipments even on Sunday evenings.

Given the limited time available for address changes, we recommend sending a WhatsApp message immediately with your order number and the person’s name/email address, along with your new full address.

Address change lost, why did the package leave?

Don’t worry. Most standard shipments can be changed with the address and time of delivery upon arrival in Italy, when the package is picked up by the local courier. If you need to change the address after the package has already been shipped, contact customer service and explain the situation, providing the new address. They will be able to provide more detailed information about your specific order.

Free Shipping or Shipping Discounts?

There are both discounts and free shipping based on quantity (products in sets, such as mugs), quantity discounts by category (e.g., multiple keychains), and discounts when you reach a certain price in your cart. You can view the discounts in the DISCOUNTS tab on this page or directly in your cart by checking the alerts.

Time and cost too high? Ask for quick availability.

If shipping times are beyond the standard 10-24 day range, for example, 1 month, you can ask customer support if there is a faster supplier. Please note that the minimum for overseas warehouses is usually 7-10 days. We will try to help you find faster shipping, although not all products have multiple suppliers.
