Use WhatsApp or Telegram. We’ll respond as soon as possible, usually during office hours. Chats are with a person (not a bot).

Telephone Assistance
Telephone service is available, but by appointment only. We recommend using the chat feature and requesting a phone call. To request an appointment or to check availability, we recommend requesting it via chat.

Requests will be handled in conjunction with the Store’s operations, so responses will not be immediate, but we will respond as soon as possible.
Urgent requests (e.g. address changes) will be handled after hours only if staff is available.

F.A.Q
During office hours: As soon as we receive your message, we’ll assess its urgency (for example, address changes or order cancellations before shipping). Urgent requests are handled immediately. Responses may not arrive immediately, but this is because we’re working on the system immediately and don’t want to waste time.
Other times: if the message is seen by the staff who are currently available to access the online systems, we will try to handle the request as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will be postponed to the normal working hours of the store’s activities (not necessarily support hours).
The Store will do its best to assist customers with urgent requests outside of normal business hours.
You will be contacted directly by staff who also work in the store and manage orders. You will have direct contact with those who manage orders and can make inquiries to wholesalers and warehouses that supply the store. Chats are always live, and we do not use bots.
The assistance is in Italian.
We offer English language support via email and chat. We cannot offer high dialogue quality, but we will help you as best we can!
