Oil Keychains: These are sealed products that contain 2 oils of different colors that cannot mix. Inside, objects are inserted that remain suspended between the two oils. Internal content moves!

Material: Alloy + Acrylic + Silicone

Change of address

Once the shipment has been processed by the warehouse/shipping department, the address can no longer be changed. Furthermore, the order status update (from processed to shipped) may be manual and may be delayed by a few hours from the actual time the product was shipped. It’s also important to keep in mind that overseas warehouses are in a different time zone than Italy and process shipments even on Sunday evenings.

Given the limited time available for address changes, we recommend sending a WhatsApp message immediately with your order number and the person’s name/email address, along with your new full address.

Address change no longer accepted, why did the package leave?

Don’t worry, we’ll try to resolve the issue once the package arrives locally by speaking directly with the local courier. If you need to change the address after the package has already been shipped, please contact customer service and explain the situation, providing the new address. They will be able to provide more detailed information about your specific order and contact the Italian courier once the package is in their local area.

Where can I find delivery costs and times?

You can find everything in the product sheet, in the GREEN BOX with the shipping icon.

You will find: Timing, price, and any additional price for quantity.

Below, if the courier offers the information, there are the “statistical” delivery days of the period. They are probable but not guaranteed.

So for a 10-26 day shipment, in which 7-16 days are marked: it is likely that the package will arrive even in 7 days. This is a value that varies from period to period and is statistical of the courier. Quite realistic, but as always not guaranteed.

How much does shipping cost?
From 2026 we have to increase shipments because of Europe and its policies which are not sustainable for small businesses like this one

Before 2026, shipping for our product types was quite affordable. Each item cost between €4 and €5 for standard shipping, and only a few products had slightly more expensive shipping costs. Starting in 2026, Europe introduced a €3 shipping charge for each product type (not per package), so each item is now €3 more expensive! We had to increase shipping costs and spread the remaining cost across the products.

The new European tax of €3 per product type on small packages under €150 is intended to incentivize purchasing e-commerce products from abroad. The problem is that an anime keychain is certainly not made in an Italian or European factory, and a household accessory typical of other countries is certainly not made in Italy. Therefore, this tax affects only consumers and small businesses like this one that select niche products.

If I buy more products, does the shipping cost increase?

Same product plus pieces:

For the same product, by purchasing several items, you can see in the shipping BOX and in the cart how much shipping increases by quantity (you can see a formula next to the days for example 0.2€ * [qty]). If the formula is not present, it means that the price does not increase based on the quantity.

Multiple different products:

Each product has its own shipping and therefore you will pay for shipping for each product. There is free shipping upon reaching a specific cart figure and before European taxes some shipments could be Free at €0.
